Canvas #101010. Primary type Geist 400 with negative tracking. Headlines are large, not bold. Geist Mono 12px uppercase is the instrument voice — eyebrows, hashes, status.

Light cards are #eeeeee on the black ground. That contrast is the elevation. No drop shadows, no blur, no gradients.

Signal orange #ee6018 is a 6px live pulse and a warning in copy. It is not a button fill. Metric green marks a trusted or healthy line in the hero terminal, not a “success” banner farm.

The Windows app uses the same tokens: canvas #101010, chalk Connect, 3px controls, orange only on live cursor and warnings. The public site is not a second skin.
